Cancellation Policy

When booking your service, you agree to: -Coaching services: even though your coach may have therapy education, certifications, and/or licenses, you are not relying on PCO for any mental health support and will not receive any therapy service or treatment. -Be respectful of all participants within your service. -Avoid discussion and commentary regarding politics and any other topic that may cause discourse. -Avoid the use of discriminatory or offensive language or verbiage. -You will not share your login information or allow others to use it. -YOU MUST BE IN A CONFIDENTIAL AREA. This means not allowing others to see or hear participants within the group. -RECORDING OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. -Your video will be on for the entire duration of the service. -If you arrive late, you may not be allowed to enter the service. -You will not share private information about yourself or others. -You will not interrupt or disrupt the flow of the session. -You will not overtake a service and share for more than 5-10 minutes unless directed by a facilitator. -You will not promote or solicit participants to services outside of PCO. -You will not pursue other participants sexually or romantically. -You will not share graphic details. -You will not use alcohol or substances and will not be under the influence of alcohol or substances during services. -Services will not be held on certain holidays. -Some services due to unforeseen circumstances will result in the cancellation of services. -You understand and agree that if you are found to be violating any of these terms or the full terms of service, you will be removed from your service immediately without refunding any fees paid to date. Refunds -Individual Sessions, Group Sessions, Classes, and Courses must be paid in advance; and are non-refundable and expire in 1 month. -You understand and agree Classes, Courses, and Groups are non-refundable and will occur on the day and time listed for the service and cannot be rescheduled. -You understand and agree access to PCO Group, Courses, or Class Sessions are automatically deducted each month (with membership) until you cancel. Your card is charged using a secure third-party payment processor. -You understand and agree that you may cancel your services at any time, but your first payment and any monthly fees for that month are non-refundable. -You have read, understand and agree to the full terms of services found on the PCO Menu.
